Got this at 5pm, installed the guide rod. Went to the range at 5:15pm. Started dry firing on the range and learned what I was doing wrong with my finger while on the trigger. Fired a few rounds after about 60 dry shots. Massive improvement on my grouping. 3" at 10 yards. Tried some quick side arm firing and was amazed.

LaserMax has another great product here. especially with the programmable solid and pulse feature. I have 30 of these lasers on various Glocks and Sigs but this is the first Gen 5 here and really like its accuracy.
I am hoping they come out with one for the Glock Gen 5 G23 shortly. They make have never let me down. They are pricey however they are perfect for Concealed Carry.

Simply excellent. Holds zero perfectly, surprisingly long lasting battery. Just finally ran it down after heavy heavy use and abuse. I don’t baby my glocks, they’re tools. This has held up fantastically and I couldn’t be happier with it.
Also, Instillation was a piece of cake.

This is my second Lasermax guide rod laser. I went with green this time. I definitely prefer it over the red. They are accurate, reliable and stay zeroed in. The on of switch does need to be perfected a little more to prevent accidental activation. A great product!!

Solid product, I like that it’s zeroed in from installation without adjustment. The cap around the lens is aluminum colored, so it stands out from the rest of the platform. Would prefer a black tip to blend in with other parts & be more discreet. Switch can be finicky, hard to trigger on/off sometimes, and always goes past the “click point” when turning off so it needs to be pushed back in slightly from the other side to settle into the “off” position in the center. Toggle feature from pulse to solid beam is a nice touch. Overall it’s a great accessory!

Okay. I like it put it shuts off sometimes and it is also difficult to remove the slide when time to clean. I like it, I just won’t use it all the time.

I purchased the green unit for the Glock 19 Gen 5. It has been a great performer. Bullet impact is where you see the green dot. I am now carrying a Glock 23 Gen 5. The unit for the Glock 19 will fit the Glock 23 but I would like to know if it is advisable to use it in the G23. Does anyone know the answer to this question? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I’ve used the laser and it’s really great. The accuracy is amazing. My only concern is the on off switch being activated forcing me to replace batteries because it turns on Inadvertently and drains the battery. I have a hard case and it’s still easily switches on when it’s supposed to be in the off position. I hope you guys can make an adjustment soon because this is the best laser I’ve used and I’m a huge fan of the green dot

Laser was exactly as described. Was delivered on time and was very easy to install using included instructions and tool. So far has only tested with 100 rounds of ammo but was accurate as described and no weapon failures whatsoever.

I just finished installing the LazerMax in my Glock19 Gen 5. I haven’t had the opportunity to test it yet. What I can say is the difference in this LazerMax and my earlier version for my gen 2 Glock 19 is like night and day as far as the installation. LazerMax has made a significant improvement to the previous models. The installation is a breeze. I can’t wait to use the new model.

Worked for 45 rounds. Then shot off after every round, and then quit working. The first time on the range, three days after delivery. Really liked the bright laser, lit up the target for identifying in the dark. Too bad, now my confidence in the product is busted. New Glock19 Gen 5. After disassembly, the guide rode was off center, the cap on the battery compatment askew. Corrected that, but the laser would not turn on. The shot placements were widely off, in 5 inch groups, some touched in twos, but all over the 5 inch landscape. Bad guide rod, me thinks.

This worked great for all of about 1 month, never even got a chance to fire a round before it just quit working. This appears to be cheap offshore-manufactured laser-pointer innards pigeon-holed into a guide rod. Reached out to their "support" at support@lasermax.com. No response despite multiple attempts. Defective and deceptive product and they must have laid off their customer support. This company is asleep at the switch and they sell overpriced and unsupported garbage. After zero response I had to contact AMEX to dispute the charge and the charge for battery packs thinking I had a dead battery. AVOID THIS PRODUCT, THERE IS A REAON LE DOES NOT USE THIS.

This is the second laserMax Site that I Have owned and it is nothing but a disappointing piece of junk. The first one was the red cheaper model never had any problems with it upgraded to the green Trigger model with a light. worked fine at first, then started having problems with it coming and going then the light would stay on then The laser started flickering so I decided to change the battery to see if that would help then some of the little tabs on the battery door just came off put the new battery in. It didn’t help now it may flash real quick or it may not very disappointed in it haven’t hardly used it. Save your money.
