I wear prescription glasses and contact lenses but can’t have them on 24×7. So the Lasermax makes for great target acquisition when I am not able to wear them.

I love my internal guide rod laser. Direct replacement of the factory guide rod and was very easy to install. I have had it for going on two years with no issues until recently. The guide rod laser started flickering on and off on its own to include not shutting all the way off draining the battery. I have reached out for support since it is under warranty for 5 years to see what can be done.

Fitted to a G43x. My friend who works in law enforcement told me this was a must have. So I purchased one installed it and initially thought it was a great thing. However the other day I was shooting and after the very first round went through the laser would shut off. I would go through the magazine, put another magazine in and the laser would work for the very first round but then turn off again. Not understanding what was happening I did some online researching but didn’t come up with much. So I called lasermax who told me what they thought it was and that they would be sending out a replacement cap to take care of the issue. They did all of this without hesitation, without asking me how long I’ve had the laser installed and they did all of this for free including shipping it to my home. For that I am truly impressed with the customer focus they have. However I still can’t get past the fact that if it really is the battery cap (and I don’t know because at this point I haven’t been to the range yet to find out if it’s still doing the same thing,) I’ve only put 200 rounds through the g43x. So if it really is the cap, after only 200 rounds its failed.
Maybe no one else would be able to do it better. I just don’t know, all I do know is that if the cap wore out it did so after only 200 or less rounds went through. And for that I don’t feel as if I’ll be able to trust this device operating when I actually need it to without failing. I simply can’t count on it or don’t feel like I can at this point and for me because of that it’s become nothing more than a gimmick.

Used to have a streamlight tlr 6 laser/light combo, didn’t like how I had to adjust it all the time. This laser is far more accurate and makes the gun smaller. My little Glock 43 will remain compact and concealed.

Disappointed that the end that visible is silver rather than black as it ruins the look of my all black glock, but not a complete deal breaker as my glock 48 has a silver slide and this laser is interchangeable.

It’s a bit pricey… but we’re talking about lasers so I suppose it’s understandable.
Without doubt, it’s the best add-on accessory I’ve used with the G43. Being so close to the bore, the accuracy is very nearly perfect, and it’s stable. Losing zero really isn’t a consideration since the unit never moves on any axis. It’s there. Activation is intuitive, and easy to reach using either hand.
I wasn’t sold on lasers initially, and I bought this as a trail of sorts. But I came to see pretty quickly just how much of an advantage lasers, and this unit especially, can be for a shooter. I’m very glad I gave this a try.

Purchased my third LaserMax. All 3 units are red lasers.
I can not comment on the green lasers.
This new unit is for a Glock 43X. All lasers have been a perfect fit, easy installation, and continue to be extremely functional in their use. I am very pleased with all 3 units. One unit is 8+ years old and still very functional in my EDC. I would definitely recommend these units to anyone that is interested in their function, and durablity.

Well I was extremely excited when I first got it and installed it. It worked amazing until I was wearing it all the time inside my waste band and then I went to use it and it wouldn’t turn on. Then I found the battery cap was damaged. I couldn’t order one online soni contacted them and they sent me one out. Now I’m on my second time it happened and it has since set inside its box for years. I can honestly say not worth the money. When you need it it’s dead or doesn’t work. And you can’t order new ones. Just ridiculous.

After a couple of years of having the green laser guide rod installed on my 43x and thousands of rounds, it needed a cap once because of wear.
Customer service was excellent, quickly sending me a new cap for free.
Light always goes on when i need it, and i look forward to purchasing another one for a different setup if the price ever goes down.
Giving it 4 stars because of the price.

This product is installed in my Glock model 34. The installation went smoothly and all seemed to be working normally until the first time that I fired the gun after installation. After the very first shot, the laser turned off and I could not turn it back on. I unloaded and reworked the switch. The laser turned on but again failed after one shot. I have been unable to keep the laser on for two successive shots without fiddling with it. I have not yet contacted LaserMax customer support. But I plan to do so.

I like the product. It was my 4th one BUT, had alot of trouble after 2 wks trying to get it to shut off. Something still doesn’t feel quite right , but it is working somewhat properly after re installing several times. It doesn’t seem to have the same brightness as my older ones. I will try a battery change. It will grow on me.

I used Lasermax guiderod laser for years on my duty weapon (Glock 22) during hard daily patrol use and tactical operations. It never failed me, Im now retired and carry a 43x for EDC.
