Waiting for refund because c02 cartridges were sent instead of a laser. Have called lasermax a few times already for refund and they say it was processed on March 18th 2024 however no reimbursement has been sent to my high interest credit card yet. I have also not received any confirmation or the refund to my email either. Will call lasermax again next week.

This was the second one I purchased from them. The first stopped working after three years. This second one had the completely wrong spring for the bolt and unsafely would jam the gun open. Sloppy engineering and product control.
