Works great but thought the price is a little expensive.

I can not review the battery pack because my laser has been sent to your store for repair or replacement.
Jean Soffel (verified owner) –
It makes light go on when switch goes on.
So I guess it works good.

Old battery lasted decades. Nice to have a new one. Hope it lasts as long. LaserMax nice and bright again. Sure wish the old price lasted as long. I still have original box with $79.95 on it.

It really tells to show your hand movement when pulling the trigger.
I Definitely recommend it to new shooters

There was a mistake with my order. I called and it was taken care of immediately. Very happy and happy with your products

Batteries didn’t fit

I purchased two battery packs but only received one in the package. The product does not work well with batteries that aren’t shrink-wrapped which basically forces you to buy replacement batteries from LaserMax at higher price. I can swallow paying extra for the shrink-wrapped batteries, but $50+ for 3 small batteries (given I only received on set) is a lot.

G5 Glock 19 Green laser – worked for the 1st month i owned it. now Nothing, 3rd set of batteries i purchased (60.00) so far and dam thing still does not work. What are my options?

Not good. Lazer just flashes. Tried turning off and back on but it is not working as should. Bought the lazer guide in 2019.
William Jackson (verified owner) –
Excellent. No issues at all.

Great customer service and delivered in a timely matter
Tom Antion (verified owner) –
Cost of batteries was overpriced and shipping was way overpriced

Experience was great. I accidentally ordered the wrong batteries for my laser and the return was very fast and the correct ones were sent to me. Very happy!

My Glock Guide Rod laser is about 10 years old. So I ordered what I thought – based on the newer product descriptions – was the correct battery stack for my older product. When it arrived, the batteries slid into the chamber – but I couldn’t close the cap. I emailed LaserMax customer service. They promptly replied that the stack I ordered was not the correct product for my laser. So they sent another battery pack – at no cost to me. Of course it worked perfectly. I suspect the LaserMax Company did not make any "profit" on my sale – HOWEVER with their extraordinary customer service – they definitely made a loyal customer in me. So loyal, in fact, that I just ordered another LaserMax Guide Rod for another of my guns. THANK YOU LaserMax for providing what I call "old fashioned customer service" – something most companies no longer provide.

New batteries got here quickly and they are in excellent shape. Customer Service is very attentive and from my limited experience dealing with them, you can take them at their word.

You know when ordering it’s a necessity. That being said the shipping cost is ridiculous in a box that you could probably fit several 100’s of these batteries. Whatever happened to bubble envelopes for mailing and keep the costs down.
You produce some great laser products and I own several.

There are an OEM replacement for the batteries in my Glock 20 Guide Rod LASER diode. They’re just like the set that shipped with this device when new.

Easy, popped off the cap, inserted the new battery, and up and running.

To the guy who gave a one star review saying that the "Lazer just flashes"…. Did you read the description of the lasers where it says that it "pulses" or flashes in order to make it easy to find and see the light?
James Scott (verified owner) –
This was an easy deal. I just wish the batteries lasted longer in the pistol.
Thomas Teagardin (verified owner) –
Battery pack was the correct one. No issues.

I’ve emailed you guys twice, regarding my guide rod laser malfunctioning… I ordered this battery pack and it went dead in my safe in a week!!! 300.00$ something dollar laser and 30.00$ battery pack and I can’t even get someone to email me back… very very disappointed… especially considering how much my friends, family, and I have spent with you guys

I have Lasermax on my G20, G43, and G36.
After many years the G36 laser is a bit flaky, why no replacement available?
Love the products!

Guide rod laser made it for 3 days and 50 rounds on the range, then It went off after every round, so i switch it back on. That lasted for another 5 rounds, then it quit. Battery life, not even 4 days. If the battery is the problem. And I am supposed to trust this aiming device for defense of my life? Then the charade goes on, I get on the Laser Max site to find out which battery to order. No luck. I can not find a cross reference for my gun model on the laser max site. Just some Lasermax unique numbers. How am I supposed to find which battery to order? I put the micro battery under the microscope and find a mode number Renata 393. So is it the 3 stack with a 393 in the Lasermax unique number? Looks to me like no one is minding the store at this place. Never again.

Best feature of the laser is that it’s internal to the gun. It isn’t an external add on that makes it bulky.
John blevins (verified owner) –
Either the battery I purchased was bad or my 1 year old laser is bad! Sucks either way!

Bought some extra battery packs after my green lasermax guiderod (G19) stopped working after 30 days (never even fired it). The lasermax guiderod lasers are not a good product, and the overpriced batteries are nothing more than price gouging. I’ve sent 3 emails to their "support" email; its pretty clear Lasermax is asleep at the switch since I have not received any response. Going to have no choice but to contest the charge as a deceptively advertised product that does not function as advertised, with no response or support from the manufacturer. So if you’re thinking about buying a lasermax guide rod lasern and any ancillary overpriced battery packs: DON’T.

The 3×393 battery pack did not fit my laser. It came to me used with LR41 batteries
