Original batteries died. I grabbed the two packs of UNOPENED spare LMS-319. Both were DOA. Yes, they were older than 5 years, but they should still have some juice left in them. $40 down the drain. That’s what I get for trying to be prepared.

I have been running the same battery since I purchased my LaserMax in 2015, and didn’t realize how dim it had become. I was impressed by the longevity, however. But the switch got bumped and it ran down altogether. So I ordered two new battery packs and realize I kept the other one way, way too long. This new pack makes for one BRIGHT light. Outstanding product for a good price, and excellent service. What more could you want?
