Very easy to install, mine is not very bright, I have cleaned it and still the same even inside low lit room. It also turns on often with little to no pressure on slide release mechanism. I believe it was used as it had residue on laser rod when it came in.

The product works, but in my case after using at the gun range it only allows me to shoot once and it turns off after every second shot. Its not the batteries at least i dont think it is. In a situation where you need the laser on while shooting it will not work. The button is kinda of hard to tell when on or off position kinda have to guess. Its a nice concept will say.

I love the laser. I just wish that it would stop switching from solid to blinking. It’s very annoying.

I would love this Guide Rod Laser except that when I use it with my IWB holster it turns on every time I holster it. I didn’t realize this was happening until the batteries were dead after just about a week of wearing it daily. Apparently, when I holster it, it will turn on and then time out after 10 min. and then turn off. However, since the battery pack is rated for about an hour of use time, it doesn’t take long before the battery pack dies. Battery packs are too expensive to be replacing them weekly. My holster of choice is a Harry’s Holsters Infiltrator.

I have nothing but great things to say about the functionality of my laser max! I will add that having it replace the recoil spring made it so that i didn’t need to have a a horde of accessories added to the gun and didn’t have to but another holster for it! Would recommend to any one looking to add a laser !

I received the red laser but thought I had ordered the green one. Would like to exchange and pay the difference if possible.
